SWIFT Care
Private, judgment-free support for sexual wellbeing, with a real programme behind it.
SWIFT Care is our psychosexual support package. It gives you direct, private access to a gynaecology-led team for the concerns women are so often left to carry alone: loss of desire, pain with intimacy, anxiety and low mood after birth, relationship strain, and the effects of menopause, surgery or illness on your intimate life. These are health issues, not character flaws. They respond to structured care, clinical and psychological together.
Who it's for
- Women experiencing sexual or intimacy difficulties at any life stage
- New mothers dealing with postnatal changes in mood, body or relationship
- Women navigating menopause, pelvic-floor problems or recovery after gynaecological treatment
- Anyone who wants confidential, professional support without stigma
The SWIFT Care Supportive Package
A structured six-month programme combining clinical care with cognitive behavioural therapy:
- Initial assessment (30 to 45 min, telephonic or in rooms), a comprehensive, confidential review of your medical and psychosocial history, with immediate support strategies from day one.
- App-based CBT programme (6 months), weekly cognitive behavioural therapy modules, interactive exercises and progress tracking to reduce anxiety and low mood and rebuild confidence.
- Monthly follow-ups with a gynaecologist (15 to 30 min), reviewing progress, adjusting the plan, and adding medical treatment where it helps.
- Final consultation (45 to 60 min), a full review at six months, and a clear plan for what comes next.
Face-to-face consultations, psychotherapy referral and medical treatment are woven in whenever your situation calls for them, the programme is individually focused by design.
All enquiries are handled discreetly. SWIFT Care complements our clinical services, many patients combine it with a Well Woman 360 check or postnatal care after the NOH Maternity Programme.

Pregnancy should not come with surprise bills, or a different face at every visit. The Network One Health Maternity Programme is one agreed fee for your whole pregnancy. Your antenatal visits. Routine scans and blood tests. Antenatal classes. A doula with you in labour. Your birth in hospital. And care for you and your baby, up to the six-week review. Your care is led by a midwife who knows you, with a specialist obstetrician overseeing every step, and ready to step in if you need more. It starts with one assessment. We confirm your dates, listen to your story, and check that the programme is right for you. Then you follow one plan, with one team, from your first visit to your six-week review. Cash or medical scheme. Johannesburg or Pretoria. Ask us to call you at hpmanyonga.co.za, or WhatsApp Noma on 065 072 5315.

Hi guys, my name is Lehlohonolo, and I'm a patient at Network One. Am I a patient, or? Ex-patient! I first got introduced to Network One on TikTok. I got one of the best antenatal programmes, and that was the best journey of my life. My midwife was Mando, and I felt like I was at home. She made my pregnancy journey very easy, and things that I couldn't understand she made easy. Throughout the journey I found out that I had gestational diabetes, and I had to be referred to Dr Majachani. It was also the best decision ever. He's the best doctor, and he's the one that helped me give birth. Network One is the best. I would advise each and every mother who finds out they are pregnant to contact Network One. The staff here is wonderful, and they are very educational about your pregnancy and everything that you go through.
Dineo's takeaway from an NOH antenatal class: letting people help, and giving her partner a bigger role in the journey.

My takeaway from the session today was about attachment, because I'm really attached. So I'm preparing myself mentally, not to detach, but to let go a bit and allow other people to assist and to also bond with the baby. Because I was planning on being overly active, being the one that's there for the baby all the time. So now I'm already thinking about letting people help and also be there for me, and not try to do everything on my own, plan everything on my own, and also let my partner play a bigger role than what I've been giving him already with the planning and the things he's been thinking about. So I'm taking those things into consideration so that he can also be part of the journey, and be a dad the way he wants to. And I'll try not to judge him, and just let him be. Yeah, that's my takeaway. Thank you.
